“Just thought I would let you know I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl - didn’t get to have birthing pool as didn’t have time! Only got to the Hospital at midnight and progressed really quickly, didn’t even have any pain relief so at least I still got my natural birth. I wanted to say a massive thank you and that I think the main reason I had such a positive birth experience was down to attending your sessions and the mind set it helped me build up. I just wanted to email you to say thanks for seeing us through both my pregnancies and for your kindness and support through those early days with both Charlie and Daisy. I had two very quick straightforward births and I really feel the yoga during pregnancy contributed to this. I enjoyed baby yoga so much with Charlie and Daisy and it was the highlight of the week and gave us something to look forward to. I am back to work after Christmas so won’t be able to come to yoga again which makes me feel very sad! Thank you Su for all your classes - I loved the Mums & Babies class and still use some of the songs, exercises and tips you showed us. You did help to make our first weeks together a lovely experience and your laid back attitude is a real breath of fresh air.

Hazel is doing really well, she is sleeping in our bed and getting lots of cuddles and carries in the sling, thanks to reading and loving the Sears book. She is a very laid back, happy, healthy baby. She absolutely adores her dad and snuggles up to him in the night after her feeds, which is great for Martin.
